เมื่อวันที่ 18 มี.ค.56 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ครั้งที่ 3/56 ได้มีมติต่ออายุการรับความช่วยเหลือทางการเงินจาก NSG ออกไปอีก 1 ปี ในวงเงินเท่าเดิม จำนวน 200.00 ล้านบาท และมีเงื่อนไขคงเดิม คือออกตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน อายุไม่เกิน 1 ปี อัตราดอกเบี้ยเท่ากับอัตรา MLR+1% ต่อปี ของธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยไม่ต้องมีหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน และสามารถคืนได้ก่อนกำหนด การรับความช่วยเหลือดังกล่าวมีขนาดรายการคิดเป็น 0.69% ของมูลค่าสินทรัพย์ที่มีตัวตนสุทธิ ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2555 ซึ่งมากกว่า 1 ล้านบาทแต่ไม่เกิน 20 ล้านบาท และมากกว่า 0.03% แต่ไม่เกิน 3.00% ของมูลค่าทรัพย์สินที่มีตัวตนสุทธิ ซึ่งเป็นรายการเกี่ยวโยงขนาดกลาง ต้องขออนุมัติจากที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท และแจ้งต่อตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ตามประกาศ ก.ล.ต.ที่ ทจ.21/2551 ลว. 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2551
