การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะและความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะประจำกลุ่มงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรศูนย์บริการฯ จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้รับกลับคืนมา จำนวน 29 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.56 โดยจำแนกตามโครงสร้างการบริหารงาน 5 หน่วยงาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมทางสถิติเพื่อหาค่าความถี่
