Active User เป็นส่วนที่แสดงรายการที่ได้รับการอนุมัติรายการแล้ว ซึ่งเป็นผลให้ข้อมูลที่แสดงในส่วนนี้สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ในระบบ
Pending User เป็นส่วนที่แสดงรายการที่เกิดจากการเพิ่ม แก้ไข หรือ ลบรายการก่อนจะทำการอนุมัติ หรือยกเลิกรายการ เมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกรายการดังกล่าวแล้วกดปุ่ม รายการที่ได้รับการอนุมัติแล้วจะไปอยู่ในส่วน Active User แต่หากต้องการยกเลิกรายการให้กดปุ่ม รายการจะถูกลบออกจากส่วน Pending User
