3.1.1 การเพิ่มข้อมูลหมวดสินค้า
1) ให้กดปุ่ม “เพิ่มข้อมูล” จากนั้นให้กรอกข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้แก่ ชื่อหมวดสินค้า กลุ่มสินค้า ประเภทสินค้า รหัส
