การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้รับชมรายการO:IC และ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการรับชมรายการ O:IC ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาความพึงพอใจกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือ นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิตที่กำลังศึกษาประจำปี2558โดยการใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 120 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ซึ่งได้สร้างตามตามวัตถุประสงค์ แนวคิด ทฤษฎีงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและตามกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษาโดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วนสำคัญดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการรับชมรายการ O:IC ส่วนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในการรับชมรายการ O:IC ส่วนที่ 4 แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ให้ผู้ตอบสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นได้อย่างอิสระ การดำเนินงานในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของการศึกษาจากนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิตปีการศึกษา 2558 ชั้นปีที่1ถึง ปีที่ 4 จำนวน 120 รายการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (SPSS) โดยใช้เทคนิคทางสถิติเพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์ 1.การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปัจจัยด้านพื้นฐาน โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ และ การหาค่าร้อยละ 2. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางด้านพฤติกรรมการรับชมรายการO:ICโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ และ การหาค่าร้อยละ 3.การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความพึงพอใจในการรับชมรายการO:ICโดยใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาตอนที่ 1.แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 98 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.67 ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 19 ปี จำนวน 61 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.83 คณะส่วนใหญ่เป็นคณะบริหารธุรกิจ จำนวน 35 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 29.67 ชั้นปีศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 61 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ50.83 ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยน้อยกว่า 5,000บาท จำนวน 65 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการรับชมรายการ O:ICจากผลการศึกษาพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นการรับชมแบบโทรทัศน์จำนวน 77 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.17 ในการรับชมรายการส่วนใหญ่ 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน จำนวน 49 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.83 การรับชมรายการส่วนใหญ่เป็นช่วงที่ 1 โชว์การร้องเพลงของศิลปินจำนวน 48 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.00 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการรับชมเฉพาะบางช่วง จำนวน 41 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.17 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการรับชมแบบคนเดียว จำนวน 57 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.50 ตอนที่ 3แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในการรับชมรายการ O:IC จากการศึกษาพบว่านิสิตส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจ ในเรื่องของรายการ O:IC มอบความสุขสนุกสนาน และความบันเทิง ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ระดับ 4.16 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ที่ระดับ 0.79
