กิจกรรมค่ายเสริมทักษะและเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ WiL-Betagro ได้ถูกจัดขึ้นในรูปแบบของค่ายกิจกรรมแบบค้างคืน เป็นระยะเวลา 4 วัน 3 คืน ที่ มจธ. วิทยาเขตบางขุนเทียน โดยมีนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมครบเกือบทุกภาควิชา ยกเว้นนักศึกษาบางภาควิชาที่ยังอยู่ในช่วงสอบปลายภาคการศึกษา จึงไม่สามารถมาร่วมกิจกรรมได้ครบตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดค่ายกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ คือ เพื่อสร้างความคุ้นเคยในการอยู่ร่วมกันให้กับนักศึกษา และเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม
