การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมและข้อเสนอแนะ การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 9 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 289 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ การตัดสินใจโดยฉันทามติ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การรับฟังความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ การแก้ไขความขัดแย้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ
ข้อเสนอแนะ ด้านการไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน คือ ควรยอมรับความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล ด้านการรับฟังความคิดเห็น คือ ควรยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของซึ่งกันและกัน ด้านการแก้ไขความขัดแย้ง คือ ไม่ควรยึดติดกับตนเองมากเกินไป ด้านการตัดสินใจโดยฉันทามติ คือควรรับฟังความคิดเห็นและยอมรับผู้อื่นด้วย และควรยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามมติของเสียงส่วนใหญ่
