This study aims to study the 7P's marketing mix factor. Have a relationship with the choice of dorm rentals and offer a marketing mix strategy to study the environment of the business. The management process follows the POSDCoRB guidelines and the 7P's marketing mix of the dorm operator, and to propose a student dormitory-based selection behavior. The sample used in the study is the student, Prince of Songkla University, Suratthani campus. The number of 450 and 6 dormitory operators, using questionnaires and interviews, is a tool to collect information and analyze. The statistics used to analyze data include a percentage, average, standard deviation, and a test hypothesis variant differences with the Chi-Square.
