ข้อ 2. “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ได้ทำความตกลงในเรื่องของอัตราว่าจ้างกับ “ผู้รับจ้าง” ดังนี้
2.1 พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย จำนวน 1 คน x 20,000.-บาท = 20,000.- บาท / เดือน
รวมอัตราว่าจ้างทั้งสิ้น เดือนละ 20,000.- บาท ( สองหมื่นบาทถ้วน )
อัตราค่าบริการนี้ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
ในการนี้ “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ตกลงยินยอมให้ “ผู้รับจ้าง” จัดพนักงานเข้าปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดังเวลาต่อไปนี้
เวลาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ 20.00 – 08.00 น. พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย จำนวน 1 คน

2.2 กำหนดวางบิล ทุกวันที่ 1-7 ของเดือนถัดไป และกำหนดจ่ายเช็ค ทุกวันที่ 15 ของเดือนที่วางบิล
