ข้อ5.หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีการเซ็นสัญญาว่าจ้างงานเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น ถ้าหากว่าไม่มีการเซ็นสัญญาจ้างงานดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้น ให้ถือว่าสัญญาฉบับนี้เป็นโมฆะโดยทันที
