บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่อง กรดจากน้ำผลไม้ การทดลองนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ทดสอบหาระดับความเป็นกรดและความสามารถในการกัดกร่อน โดยแบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ คือ ตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาหาระดับค่าความเป็นกรด โดยการนำน้ำมะกรูดผสมกับน้ำมะขาม น้ำมะกรูดผสมกับน้ำมะเฟือง และน้ำมะขามผสมกับน้ำมะเฟือง เพื่อทดสอบหาระดับค่าความเป็นกรด ว่าน้ำผลไม้ที่ผสมกันนั้น แบบใดมีค่าความเป็นกรดเรียงลำดับจากค่า และในตอนที่ 2 จะศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการกัดกร่อนของน้ำผลไม้ที่ผสมกันในตอนที่ 1 โดยการเติมเกลือละลายน้ำลงไปในน้ำผลไม้ที่ผสมกันไว้ทั้ง 3 แบบ แล้วหลังจากนั้นนำเหรียญที่มีคราบสกปรกมาใส่ในน้ำผลไม้ทั้ง 3 แบบ และสังเกตผลการทดลอง
