ตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารจัดการอาคารฯ ได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบพื้นที่จอดรถยนต์สำหรับผู้มาติดต่อ (Visitor parking) บริเวณด้านหน้าโครงการพบว่า มีพื้นที่จอดรถยนต์จำนวน 21 ช่องจอด ทั้งนี้ ทางนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ได้ดำเนินการกำหนดระเบียบการใช้บริการพื้นที่การจอดรถยนต์สำหรับผู้มาติดต่อเจ้าของร่วม หรือร้านค้า ดังนี้
1. กรณีผู้มาติดต่อโครงการ ไอดีโอ โมบิ พระราม9 ร้านแม็กซ์ แวลูและและร้านทรูคอฟฟี่ (ต้องแสดงหลักฐานในการติดต่อและนำบัตรผ่านลานจอดรถประทับตรา)
1.1 จอดรถฟรี 1 ชั่วโมงแรก หลังชั่วโมงที่ 1 เป็นต้นไป คิดชั่วโมงละ 50 บาท โดยเศษของชั่วโมง คิดเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง

2. กรณีผู้มาติดต่อผู้พักอาศัย
2.1 เจ้าของร่วมมีสิทธิ์ได้รับคูปองสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรี 3 ใบต่อเดือน (ไม่สามารถสะสมได้ในเดือนถัดไป) โดยติดต่อขอรับได้ที่สำนักงานนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ
2.2 คูปอง 1 ใบ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์จอดรถยนต์ได้ไม่เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง
2.3 หากใช้สิทธิ์ครบแล้วต้องชำระค่าบริการตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้
2.3.1 จอดรถฟรี 3 ชั่วโมงแรก (โดยเจ้าของร่วมจะต้องเป็นผู้ลงมาขอประทับตรากับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่สำนักงานนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ)
2.3.2 หลังชั่วโมงที่ 3 เป็นต้นไป คิดชั่วโมงละ 50 บาท โดยเศษของชั่วโมง คิดเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง
