นายจ้างขอสงวนสิทธิในการบอกเลิกสัญญาสำหรับกรณีละเมิด ที่ลูกจ้างต้องรับผิดที่ได้ฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายของไทยและกฎหรือข้อบังคับของบริษัท
การละเมิดดังกล่าวคู่สัญญาตกลงที่จะให้นายจ้างบอกเลิกสัญญาโดยการบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าแก่ลูกจ้างก่อน30วัน หรือ 1 รอบของเงินเดือน ถาการบอกเลิกสัญญานั้นไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทยแล้วนายจ้างไม่จำเป็นต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าก่อน
