การประเมินโครงการพัฒนาครูโดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยง Coaching & Mentoring สานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินกระบวนการดาเนินโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพครูทั้งระบบในด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน วิทยากรและวิธีการนาเสนอ วัสดุ/อุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล และการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร 2) ประเมินผลการดาเนินงานของโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพครูทั้งระบบในด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพครูทั้งระบบเป็นรายบุคคล โดยเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพครูทั้งระบบ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
