บริษัทได้จัดทำรายงานการประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 1/2556 เมื่อวันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2556 แล้วเสร็จภายในเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด และได้ส่งให้ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและกระทรวงพาณิชย์ภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด พร้อมทั้งเผยแพร่ทางเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท (www.live.co.th) และบริษัทฯ ได้จัดส่งสำเนารายงานการประชุมดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นพร้อมหนังสือเชิญประชุมครั้งนี้
