วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย

๓.๑ รูปแบบการวิจัยรายงานผลการดำเนินโครงการสาธิตเชิงปฏิบัติการศิลปะการชงกาแฟ
การวิจัยเรื่องศิลปะการชงกาแฟสำหรับงานโรงแรม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจคุณลักษณะความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาการโรงแรม จำนวน ๒๘คน ที่มีต่อการทำโครงการศิลปะการชงกาแฟสำหรับงานโรงแรม

๓.๒ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ใช้ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างดังนี้
ประชากร คือ นักศึกษาระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส๑/๑, ๒/๓, ๒/๔) สาขาการโรงแรม จำนวน ๒๘
คน ที่เข้าร่วมประเมินโครงการศิลปะการชงกาแฟสำหรับงานโรงแรม
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน ๒๗ คน ในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด

๓.๓ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการวิจัย
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจ
๑)ได้รับความรู้จากการแนะแนวกับทางวิทยาลัย
๒) ได้รับความรู้จากการสาธิตเชิงปฏิบัติการศิลปะการชงกาแฟ
๓) ความเหมาะสมของระยะเวลาการสาธิต
๔) ได้รับความรู้หรือประโยชน์จากกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม
๕) ความเหมาะสมในการแต่งกาย/บุคลิก/ท่าทางการสาธิต
๖) การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมให้ความประทับใจอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการ
๗) ความเหมาะสมของสถานที่ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการ
๘) ความพึ่งพอใจกับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
๙) สามารถนำความรู้จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน
๑๐) ควรมีโครงการเช่นนี่ในปีถัดไป
แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ๕ ตัวเลือก คือ
- พอใจมากที่สุด (๕)
- พอใจมาก (๔)
- พอใจปานกลาง (๓)
- พอใจน้อย (๒)
- พอใจน้อยที่สุด (๑)
- จำนวน ๑๐ ข้อ (ในภาคผนวก)

๓.๔ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาการโรงแรม
จำนวน ๒๘ คน

๑. การหาค่าร้อยละสำหรับจำนวนผู้ทำแบบสอบถาม
โดยใช้สูตร =

๒ การหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต

๓. ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
เป็นค่าที่ใช้ชี้วัดการกระจายของข้อมูลแต่ละตัวว่าต่างไปจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากน้อยเพียงใด ใช้สัญลักษณ์ S.D. โดยมี
สูตรทั่วไปและตัวอย่างการคำนวณ ดังนี้

๔ ๓.๔๐ – ๔.๑๙ หมายถึง พึงพอใจในระดับมาก
๕ ๔.๒๐ – ๕.๐๐ หมายถึง พึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด
