1. เพื่อเลี้ยงดูลิง ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์คู้บ้านคู่เมืองของจังหวัดลพบุรี
2. เพื่อสร้างความบันเทิง และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดลพบุรี
