บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาผลของการใช้กิจกรรมการเล่านิทาน เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางภาษาของเด็กปฐมวัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านแม่ยางร้อง (แม่ยางประชานุเคราะห์) อำเภอ ร้องกวาง จังหวัด แพร่ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 30 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2จำนวน 28 คน โดยได้มาโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยกลุ่มที่มีปัญหาทางการพูดล่าช้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดกิจกรรม จำนวน 12 แผน (1) กิจกรรมการเล่านิทานพื้นบ้านเพื่อฝึกการพูด และเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ เรื่อง อีกากับเหยือกน้ำ (2 )กิจกรรมการฝึกพูดเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมีความหมาย จากนิทานพื้นบ้านเรื่อง ทำไมนกกาเหว่าจึงไข่ให้กาฟัก (3)กิจกรรมการใช้ภาษาในการอธิบาย หรือ เข้าใจความสำคัญจากนิทานพื้นบ้าน เรื่องกล่องข้าวน้อยฆ่าแม่ ผู้ศึกษาได้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม เป็นระยะเวลา 6 สัปดาห์โดยทำการทดสอบก่อนแลหลังการทำกิจกรรม แบบประเมินความสามารถทางภาษาด้านการพูด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้ ( t-test) Paired Samples T-test และ แผนการจัดประสบการณ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เด็กปฐมวัยที่ได้รับการจัดประสบการณ์กิจกรรมการเล่านิทานเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางภาษาของเด็กปฐมวัย มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทักษะทางภาษาด้านการพูดโดยรวมหลังจัดกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนจัดกิจกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
