มาตรา 96 สถานประกอบกิจการที่มีลูกจ้างตั้งแต่ 10 คนขึ้นไป ต้องจัดให้มีคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการในสถานประกอบการ ประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนฝ่ายลูกจ้างอย่างน้อย 5 คน และ คณะกรรมการต้องมาจากการเลือกตั้ง
