เวลาอยู่บ้าน ผมชอบนั่งเล่นกีต้าร์ ฟังเพลง ดูดีวีดี ทำอยู่สามอย่าง อย่างแรกตื่นนอนลงมา จะมีกีต้าร์วางบนโซฟารับแขก ผมก็จะนั่งเล่นกีต้าร์ก่อนเลย นอกนั้นผมชอบปั่นจักรยาน มีไปปั่นแถวบ้านบ้าง บางทีก็ไปออกทริปกับเพื่อนบ้าง ผมว่ามันเป็นการออกกำลังกายที่สนุก เหมือนเราเล่นปั่นจักรยานกับเพื่อน ไม่น่าเบื่อเหมือนเล่นฟิตเนสที่เป็นสถานที่ซ้ำๆ หรือเครื่องเล่นเดิมๆ แต่การปั่นจักรยาน เราสามารถเปลี่ยนสถานที่ไปได้เรื่อยๆ ปั่นเสร็จก็ไปหาร้านอะไรกินกัน
       
       มีสถานที่ไหนที่คุณชอบไปปั่นจักรยานเป็นพิเศษ คือ    
       ปกติผมปั่นแถวบ้านที่สุขาภิบาลครับ ปั่น 20-30 กม.เป็นปกติ ถ้าวันไหนว่างหน่อยก็จะนัดเพื่อนๆ ไปปั่นเที่ยวที่เมืองโบราณบ้าง บางน้ำผึ้งบ้าง อยุธยาบ้าง ถ้าไปอยุธยา เราจะเริ่มปั่นจากหน้าบริษัทเวิร์คพอยค์แล้วไปอยุธยา ปั่นสัก 70 กม.เหมือนไปเที่ยว ไปถึงก็ไปหาอะไรอร่อยๆ กิน แล้วปั่นกลับ เหมือนไปพักผ่อน ไปเที่ยวและออกกำลังกาย
