ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการสังเคราะห์ไบโอดีเซล โดยใช้ตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาเเบบวิวิธพันธ์ โดยทำการสังเคราะห์ไบโอดีเซลเเบบ 2 ขั้นตอน เเละใช้ตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา คือ โพแทสเซียมไนเตรตที่ความเข้มข้นต่างๆบนอะลูมินาโดยเผาที่อุณหภูมิ 500 °C เป็นเวลา 5 ชั่วโมง พบว่าปฏิกิริยาเกิดได้ดีที่สุด เมื่อใช้ตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา 35 wt% KNO3/Al2O3 เป็นความเข้มข้นที่เหมาะสมที่สุด พบว่าได้ปริมาณไบโอดีเซลสูงสุด 91.3%
