คณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
เรื่อง กฎระเบียบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน

เพื่อให้การบริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน เป็นไปตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน พ.ศ. 2554 (หมวด 2 มาตรา ที่ 22) เรื่อง การสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล บริษัทฯ จึงออกกฎ ระเบียบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัดและเกิดความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
ทางบริษัทฯกำหนดให้พนักงานและผู้รับเหมาทุกคนที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานภายในโรงงาน ต้องสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย หากพนักงานผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนกฎ ระเบียบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล จะมีผลต่อการพิจารณาการปรับเงินประจำปี และโบนัสของตัวพนักงาน บริษัทฯ กำหนดดังต่อไปนี้
1. ให้พนักงาน รปภ.ตรวจสอบการเข้าออกโรงงานของพนักงานที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานทุกคน และจดบันทึกพนักงานที่ไม่สวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลทุกวัน และรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
2. ให้หัวหน้างานระดับต่างๆ ตรวจสอบ กำกับดูแลพนักงานในสังกัดให้สวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลให้เป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล
3. ให้บุคคลภายนอกที่มาติดต่องานในพื้นที่ฝ่ายผลิต ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ การสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล
4. ให้พนักงานที่ได้รับอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลอย่างเคร่งครัด
