• In House Nonconforming Product
- Inspection of products to meet customer standards set
- Manipulate characters, quality products to meet customer standards set
- Review and analysis on issues of product quality.
- And maintain quality control in production lines.
- Prepare the documents requested by the customer and the company's system set.
- Contact and coordination with the customer.
- Other responsibilities of the supervisors assigned.
- Investigation root cause of nonconforming incident by conducting concerned Division.
- Determine the disposition of nonconforming product.
- Concession of In-process Product and Finished Product to receive concession proposal of nonconforming and report to customer about concession proposal before ship out of nonconformity product.

• Supplier Control and Development
- Audit new and old supplier process and confirm supplier PPAP and parts for mass production.
- Monitoring supplier PPAP and approve process/parts.
- Management of supplier product and process and conduct to concerned division to discuss the scope of nonconforming product and holding status of nonconforming product.(also ppm.)
- Investigate the real root cause and examine the corrective action.

• Customer Claim and Complaint
- Customer Service any time and problem solving any problem concern for customer production line.
- Management of claim mass product, market claim, CKD claim from oversea and conduct to concerned division to discuss the scope of nonconforming product and holding status of nonconforming product.(also ppm.)
- Investigate the real root cause and examine the corrective action for customer.

• Corrective and Preventive Action and Verification
- Determine corrective& preventive action (8D report), completely implementing and preventing recurrence.
- Verify corrective action and preventive action from customer/supplier and internal nonconformity issued.

• In-process Monitoring
- Monitor process assemblies solves any concern problem.
- Monitor process stamping solves any concern problem.
- Monitor Checking Fixture In process any Marker
