บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ขนาดโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ที่ปฏิบัติงานประจำปีการศึกษา 2558จำนวน370 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยวิเคราะห์หาค่าที(t–test)และค่าเอฟ (F-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ (จำนวนนักเรียนมากกว่า 2,500 คน)และมีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่ำกว่า 5 ปีบทบาทการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านกำหนดแผนการจัดกิจกรรม รองลงมาคือ ด้านแลกเปลี่ยนและเผยแพร่ผลงาน ด้านชี้แจงและสร้างความตระหนัก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านสร้างเครือข่ายและประสานความร่วมมือ
