ตั้งอยู่ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ทางเข้าหาดบางแสน จัดออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ พิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ทางทะเล สถานเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำเค็ม และห้องปฏิบัติการวิจัย ส่วนที่เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์มีการเก็บรวบรวมสรรพสิ่งมีชีวิตในท้องทะเลมาจัดแสดงให้ชม โดยแยกประเภทสัตว์น้ำตามสภาพแวดล้อมและความเป็นอยู่ของสัตว์แต่ละชนิด เปิดให้เข้าชมทุกวันยกเว้นวันจันทร์ วันธรรมดา เปิดเวลา 8.30-16.30 น.วันหยุดราชการ เปิดเวลา 8.30-17.00 น.
