ประวัติสวนนงนุชพัทยา
ในปีพ.ศ. 2497 คุณพิสิฐและคุณนงนุช ตันสัจจา ได้ซื้อที่ดินแปลงใหญ่จำนวน 1,500 ไร่ ระหว่างพัทยา-สัตหีบ ซึ่งเป็นสวนผลไม้ เช่น ขนุน มะม่วง ส้ม มะพร้าว
