การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัท เอ็ม.อี.ไทย โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าเส้นทางที่เหมาะสม กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอ็ม.อี.ไทย โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด ทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการโดยเลือกผู้ประกอบการแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการศึกษาวิธีการจัดเส้นทางการเดินรถด้วยวิธีฮิวริสส์ติกส์ (Heuristic Method)
ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่าวิธี Saving Algorithm นั้น สามารถบรรทุกสินค้าได้เพิ่มขึ้น ทำให้สามารถลดจำนวนรถขนส่งสินค้าร้อยละ 21 และลดระยะเวลาการขนส่งสินค้าได้ ถึงร้อยละ 18 ขณะที่ต้นทุนในการขนส่งสินค้า ลดลงร้อยละ 33

This research aims to study the conditions and problems 1) managing the delivery of m. e.
