ดิฉันเขียนจดหมายนี้ตามที่มีประกาศทุนการศึกษา ซึ่งดิฉันได้แนบ CV มาด้วย ซึ่งจะได้แสดงให้เห็นว่าดิฉันมีคุณสมบัติพร้อมที่จะได้รับทุนการศึกษานี้
ดิฉันกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์การออกกำลังกายและการกีฬา ระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ขณะนี้ดิฉันได้สอบเค้าโครงวิทยานิพนธ์เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ในหัวข้อ “.......” ซึ่งดิฉันมีความสนใจเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมทางกายและสนใจมากเป็นพิเศษในกลุ่มคนวัยทำงาน
จากประสบการณ์การเป็นนักวิจัยในการเก็บข้อมูลวิจัยในเรื่องสมรรถภาพทางกายของประชาชนไทย อายุ 19-59 ปี (2012) ทำให้ดิฉันได้เห็นถึงปัญหาสุขภาพบางอย่างของกลุ่มคนวัยนี้ อีกทั้งยังได้เป็นนักวิจัยในการทำวิจัยเรื่องการสำรวจกิจกรรมทางกายของเด็กและเยาวชนไทย อายุ 6-17 ปี (2015) ดิฉันจึงได้นำแนวทางจากทั้ง 2 ประสบการณ์มาเป็นแนวคิดในการศึกษางานวิทยานิพนธ์ของตนเอง
ดิฉันมีความสนใจในทุนการศึกษานี้ เนื่องจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยของท่านมีการเน้นงานวิจัยศึกษาเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมทางกายเพื่อลดปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกลุ่มคนวัยทำงาน ซี่งเป็นประโยชน์และตรงกับงานของดิฉัน และดิฉัยเห็นว่าจะมีประโยชน์ต่อสังคมวัยนี้ต่อไป
