Abstract
โครงงาน Small Book of ASEAN เป็นโครงงานจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/5 ทุกคน ได้มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆ ในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมพร้อมที่จะก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนในปี พ.ศ. 2558 ในลักษณะงานกลุ่ม โดยการสืบค้นข้อมูลทางอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือจากเอกสารต่างๆ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำเป็นสมุดเล่มเล็ก แล้วนำเสนอข้อมูลของตนเองต่อไป
จากการให้นักเรียนทำโครงงาน Small Book of ASEAN พบว่านักเรียนทุกกลุ่มสามารถทำสมุดเล่มเล็กในรูปแบบที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ผลงานที่ดี มีหัวข้อในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ได้แก่ ชื่อประเทศ ชื่อดอกไม้ประจำชาติ สัตว์ประจำชาติ อาหารประจำชาติ คำทักทาย และเพลงอาเซียน เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังสามารถนำเสนอความรู้ใหม่ๆแก่เพื่อนคนอื่นๆที่อยู่ในชั้นเรียนได้อีกด้วย ทำให้ทุกคนรู้จักกลุ่มประเทศในแถบอาเซียนมากยิ่งขึ้น
