- สารเสริมคุณภาพ (Bread Improver) 5 กรัม ถ้าหาไม่ได้จริงๆไม่ต้องใส่ก็ได้นะครับ
- น้ำเย็น 275 มิลลิลิตร
- เนยสดชนิดจืด 250 กรัม (ในสูตรนี้ผมใช้เนยจืดยี่ห้อ Ancor นะครับ เพราะจากที่เคยทดลองยี่ห้ออื่นรู้สึกว่าพอรีดไปได้ซักพักเนยจะแตกเป็นก้อนเล็กๆ ไม่เรียบเนียนไปกับเนื้อแป้ง)
