น.ส.ผ่องพรรณ เจียรวิริยะพันธ์ อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ เปิดเผยว่า กรมฯ มีแผนที่จะผลักดันให้นิติบุคคลคงอยู่ทั่วประเทศขณะนี้จำนวน 613,509 ราย นำส่งงบการเงินผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Filing) ทั้งหมด โดยเริ่มรณรงค์ตั้งแต่ปีนี้เป็นต้นไป และในปี 2559- 2560 จะผลักดันให้นิติบุคคลทั้งหมดส่งงบการเงิน ผ่านระบบ e-Filing ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การรับงบการเงินทำได้รวดเร็วมากขึ้น และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงธุรกิจได้ทันท่วงที สอดคล้องกับนโยบายดิจิตอล อีโคโนมี่ของรัฐบาล
"นับตั้งแต่กรมฯ ได้เปิดให้บริการนำส่งงบการเงินผ่านระบบ e-Filing เมื่อวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2558 จนถึงขณะนี้มีผู้สมัครลงทะเบียนแล้วจำนวน 11,567 ราย แสดงตัวตนต่อเจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 6,038 ราย และส่งงบการเงินผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวน 2,002 ราย ซึ่งยังมีจำนวนน้อยมากเมื่อเทียบกับนิติบุคคลที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมด กรมฯ จึงมีนโยบายเชิงรุกโดยในเบื้องต้นจะดำเนินการสร้างฐานข้อมูลงบการเงินปี 2557 ในรูปแบบ XBRL ให้กับนิติบุคคลทุกราย เพื่อให้นิติบุคคลที่นำส่งงบการเงินปี 2558 ไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลงบการเงินปี 2557 แต่กรอกเฉพาะข้อมูลปีปัจจุบันที่จะนำส่งเท่า นั้น ทำให้ผู้นำส่งงบการเงินมีความสะดวกสบายมากยิ่งขึ้น และขณะนี้ กรมฯ ได้ร่วมมือกับบริษัท บิซิเนส ออนไลน์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BOL เพื่อสนับสนุนดำเนินการจัดทำข้อมูลงบการเงินปี 2557 ในรูปแบบ XBRL ทั้งหมดโดยตั้งเป้าหมายจะแล้วเสร็จ

นอกจากนี้ กรมฯ จะขับเคลื่อนผ่านผู้ทำบัญชีทั้งหมด โดยปัจจุบัน กรมฯ ได้ปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลผู้ทำบัญชีใหม่ (Data Cleansing) โดยบูรณาการร่วมกับสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีให้มีฐานข้อมูลเดียวกัน ซึ่งขณะนี้มีผู้ทำบัญชีทั้งหมด 48,708 ราย โดยกรมฯ จะประสานกับผู้ทำบัญชีโดยตรงทุกรายเพื่อให้ประสานกับผู้ประกอบการให้นำส่งงบการเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Filing) ทั้งหมด ขณะเดียวกันได้มีมาตรการจูงใจให้ผู้ทำบัญชีโดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากสภาวิชาชีพบัญชีขยายระยะเวลาสำหรับผู้ทำบัญชีที่นำส่งงบการเงินผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Filing) ให้ได้นับชั่วโมงพัฒนาความรู้ทางบัญชีฯ ได้จำนวน 1 ชั่วโมงต่อ 1 นิติบุคคลที่นำส่งงบการเงินไปจนถึงปี 2559
