ฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับระเบียบหรือคำสั่งใดๆตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ และผู้ว่าจ้างได้ดำเนินการตักเตือนเป็นหนังสือแล้ว เว้นแต่กรณีที่ร้ายแรง ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่จำเป็นต้องตักเตือนหรือกระทำผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใด
