2. กลุ่มที่ซ่อนเร้น (Hidden) ได้แก่ศักยภาพแรงจูงใจ (Motive) แนวคิด (Mindset) และอุปนิสัย (Trait) เป็นสิ่งที่อยู่ลึกลงไป และมีผลต่อบุคลิกภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งยากที่จะเข้าถึงและพัฒนา
