หากผู้ขนส่งทำการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยวิธี

หากผู้ขนส่งทำการขนส่งน้ำมันด้วยวิธีการที่ไม่เหมาะสม ปลอดภัย หรือขนส่งนำมันไปถึงผู้รับตราส่งไม่ตรงเวลาโดยเป็นความบกพร่องของผู้ขนส่งหรือดำเนินการใดๆอันเป็นอุปสรรคแก่การดำเนินการของ PTT ผู้ขนส่งจะต้องผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายดังนี้
