เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการ่วมดำเนินงานผลิตน้ำมันและพลังงานจากพลาสติก โดยมีสาระสำคัญดังนี้

1. ขอบเขตของการร่วมดำเนินงาน
บริษัทวิศวกรที่ปรึกษาทั้งสาม ได้ร่วมมือกันจัดเตรียมข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคและข้อเสนอด้านราคา
เพื่อให้บริการงานวิศวกรที่ปรึกษา โครงการเขื่อนทดน้ำผาจุก (ระบบชลประทาน) จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ซึ่งมี กรมชลประทานเป็นผู้ว่าจ้าง โดยมอบหมายให้บริษัท เอ คอนซันแตนท์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทนำทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนของกลุ่มในการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมชลประทานต่อไป

2. การร่วมทุนและความรับผิดชอบ
ผู้เข้าร่วมค้าทั้งหลายจะต้องเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในสิทธิและความรับผิดชอบที่เกิดขึ้นหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผล
การดำเนินงานของกลุ่ม ตลอดจนผลขาดทุนใด ๆ ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องจะเป็นดังต่อไปนี้

3. หลักความร่วมมือภายในสัญญาเข้าร่วมค้า
ผู้เข้าร่วมค้าทั้งหลายจะต้องรับผิดชอบร่วมกันและแทนกันต่อผู้ว่าจ้าง และบุคคลอื่นในส่วนที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน โดยความสัมพันธ์ภายในสัญญาเข้าร่วมค้า ความรับผิดชอบดังกล่าวของผู้เข้าร่วมค้าจะแบ่งส่วนและจัดสรรตามสัดส่วนของการร่วมลงทุนของผู้ร่วมค้าแต่ละราย

4. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมค้า
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ร่วมค้าจะจำกัดเฉพาะแต่การร่วมมือกันจัดเตรียมข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคและ
ข้อเสนอด้านราคาเพื่อให้บริการงานวิศวกรที่ปรึกษางานดังกล่าวข้างต้นเท่านั้น

5. ข้อสัญญาอื่น ๆ (ตามที่กลุ่มผู้ร่วมค้าตกลงร่วมกัน)

เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานแห่งการนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมค้าทั้งหลายจึงได้ลงนามในสัญญานี้
