3..ศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ เช่น internet หนังสือ เป็นต้น
4. ประชุมเพื่อวางแผนการทำโครงงาน กำหนดระยะเวลาในการทำโครงงาน กำหนดค่าใช้จ่าย
5. ศึกษาวิธีการ และจัดเก็บข้อมูล เตรียมวัสดุและลงมือปฏิบัติงาน
6. จัดข้อมูลที่ได้ศึกษาลงในรูปแบบโครงงาน เพื่อนําเสนอ
7. เรียบเรียงข้อมูล ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
8. วิเคราะห์ถึงปัญหาและข้อบกพร่องของโครงงาน เพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง
9. ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของงานก่อนจะนำเสนอ

2.5 นำไปติดในหนังสือ Pop up โดยแยกตามสัญลักษณ์ธงประจำชาติ
2.6 จะได้หนังสือ Pop up ทั้งหมด 10 เล่ม เกี่ยวกับอาหารประจำชาติอาเซียน
