จังหวัดพะเยาและเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนตำบลแม่ใสอำเภอเมืองพะเยาจังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่คณะกรรมการกองทุนและสมาชิกกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนตำบลแม่ใสอำเภอเมืองพะเยาจังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน400คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่แบบสอบถามแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.)
