จากตาราง 8 พบว่า หลังการทดลองนักเรียนทุกคนมีคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนการทดลองอยู่ที่ 7.85 ส่วนหลังการทดลองคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 17.45 โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้น 10.05 ทั้งนี้นักเรียนที่มีคะแนนความรู้ด้านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มขึ้นสูงสุดคือ 13 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65 ซึ่งมีนักเรียนจำนวน 2 คน ส่วนคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้นน้อยที่สุดคือ 6 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30 ซึ่งมีนักเรียนจำนวน 1 คน
เมื่อพิจารณาคะแนนความรู้ด้านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษก่อนการทดลอง นักเรียนจะมีระดับคะแนนต่ำกว่าหลังจากทดลองทุกคน ผลปรากฏว่านักเรียนทุกคนมีคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ตามที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งมีนักเรียนจำนวน 1 คน ที่ได้คะแนนสูงสุดถึง 20 คะแนน ส่วนนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนน้อยที่สุดคือ 14 คะแนน มีจำนวน 1 คน ทั้งนี้นักเรียนทุกคนมีความสามารถด้านการอ่านเพิ่มมากขึ้นดังแสดงในภาพประกอบ 1
