วิธีทำ
1.ร่อนแป้ง ผงฟู และเบคกิ้งโซดาเข้าด้วยกัน 2 ครั้ง
2.ใส่เนยขาว เกลือ ลงในโถผสมตีจนเนยเริ่มขึ้นฟู ค่อยๆใส่น้ำตาลลงไปจนหมด จากนั้นใส่ไข่ไก่ลงไป ตีให้เข้ากัน
3.ปรับเป็นความเร็วต่ำ ค่อยๆ ใส่แป้งลงไป จนหมด
4. นำแป้ง มาคลึงเป็นแผ่นหนาประมาณ 1 ½ เซนติเมตร
5.เตรียมถาดอบที่ทาด้วยไขมันบางๆ ไว้ค่ะ จากนั้นใช้พิมพ์กดแป้ง แล้วนำมาเรียงในถาด
6.ผสมส่วนผสมสำหรับทาหน้าคุกกี้เข้าด้วยกัน ทาลงบนคุกกี้ด้วยแปลงสำหรับทาขนม แล้ววางเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ลงไป นำเข้าตู้อบที่อุณหภูมิ 150- 180 องศาเซลเซียส นานประมาณ 20- 25นาที ค่ะ
