ระบบบริหารจัดการเชิญประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการเชิญประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ..คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการเชิญประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการเชิญประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ด้วยภาษา PHP ,MySQL กระบวนการการทำงานหลักของระบบประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วนคือ 1. เจ้าหน้าที่จัดการประชุมโดยมีการระบุหัวข้อ เนื้อหาสำหรับการประชุม ระบุรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ออกรายงานเอกสารเซ็นชื่อสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม 2. เจ้าหน้าที่สารสนเทศ โดยการตรวจสอบการใช้อุปกรณ์สำหรับการประชุม ตรวจสอบรายชื่อผู้จองห้องประชุม ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจองห้องประชุม และการจองอุปกรณ์ผ่านทางอีเมล์ 3. ผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุม สามารถตอบรับหรือปฏิเสธ พร้อมระบุเหตุผลในการไม่เข้าร่วมประชุม ตรวจสอบข้อมูลสำหรับการประชุมผ่านทางอีเมล์ 4. ส่วนระบบ สามารถแสดงปฏิทินการใช้งานห้องประชุม ตรวจสอบช่วงเวลาการจองห้องประชุม เพื่อป้องกันการจองซ้ำซ้อน แจ้งเตือนผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมล่วงหน้าผ่านระบบและอีเมล์ โดยได้ประเมินความพึงพอใจจากอาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่ปฏิบัติงานระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2557 คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี จำนวน 40 คน
