การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย ตามเกณฑ์ 70/70 (2) เพื่อหาดัชนีประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย (4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ต่อการใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย ที่เรียนในรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 1 ห้อง รวมทั้งสิ้น 10 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Samplings) เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการอ่านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย และสรุปบทเรียนแผนผังความคิด วิชาภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน จำนวน 5 แผนมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ…………….และค่าดัชนีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ……………. (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยแสดงเป็นกราฟ (3) แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจ ของนักเรียน ต่อการใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย และสรุปบทเรียนด้วยแผนผังความคิด
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
การพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้แบบฝึกการอ่านคำพ้องภาษาอังกฤษ – ไทย ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนธารน้ำใจ นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการอ่านคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษดีขึ้น มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน ส่งผลให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่ดีขึ้น โดยนักเรียนจำนวน 10 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.67 สามารถทำคะแนนทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 21.03 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.09 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ตามที่กำหนดไว้ตามที่กำหนดไว้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ และผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการจัดกิจกรรมต่อการเรียนการสอนโดยรวมในระดับมาก
