มติคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองสินเชื่อ ครั้งที่ 11/2555 (434) วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2555 อนุมัติให้ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ โดยผ่อนชำระยอดหนี้คงค้าง จำนวน 2.25 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ โดยผ่อนชำระเงินต้นเป็นรายเดือนทุกวันทำการสุดท้ายของเดือนๆ ละ 14,000.00 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ปรากฏว่า ลูกหนี้ผ่อนชำระเฉพาะดอกเบี้ย ตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม 2556 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ทั้งนี้ จากการตรวจสอบของ Department of Financial Institutions : DFI เพียงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2555 มีข้อแนะนำว่าสาขาควรนำเงินที่ได้รับจากลูกหนี้มาชำระ เฉพาะต้นเงิน และไม่ให้ชำระดอกเบี้ยค้างรับ เนื่องจากเป็นหนี้ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน
