อุทยานใต้ทะเลเกาะขาม จ .ชลบุรี เกาะเล็ก ๆ ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศใต้ของอำเภอสัตหีบห่างออกไปจากฝั่งประมาณ 9 กม. ใช้เวลาเดินทาง ด้วยเรือประมาณ 20 นาที เกาะขามมีรูปร่างคล้ายตัว H มีพื้นที่ประมาณ61 ไร่ อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของกองเรือป้องกันฝั่งชายหาดของ เกาะขามมีสองหาดใหญ่ ๆ คือหาดด้านทิศเหนือและทิศใต้ ชายหาดด้านทิศเหนือเป็นทรายค่อนข้างละเอียด เหมาะ สำหรับการว่ายน้ำ และสันทนาการทางน้ำ ด้านทิศใต้เป็นหาดทราย หยาบมีหินกรวดและซากปะการังทับถมเต็มชายหาดลึกลงไป ในน้ำของเกาะขามจะพบ แนวปะการังอันอุดมสมบูรณ์กระจายตัวอยู่รอบๆเกาะเกาะบริเวณที่สวยงามและอุดมสมบูรณ์ของปะการัง อยู่ทางทิศใต้ ซึ่งแนว ปะการังใน บริเวณ นี้จะ เป็น ปะการังเขากวาง ปะการังโต๊ะ และปะการังสมอง ในระดับความลึกของน้ำ ประมาณ 3 - 6 เมตร จึงเหมาะสำหรับ การดำน้ำท่องเที่ยวทั้งแบบผิวน้ำและแบบน้ำลึก นอกจากนี้แล้ว ยังพบปลาทะเลที่สวยงาม ได้แก่ ปลาผีเสื้อปลาสลิดหิน ปลาอมไข่ ปลากะรัง และ ปลารวมฝูง เช่น ปลาหางเหลือง นอกจากนี้ยังพบ สัตว์ ทะเลอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ หอยมือเสือ หอยมือแมว ดอกไม้ทะเล กับปลาอินเดียแดง กุ้งและปูชนิดต่าง ๆ ดาวขนนก เม่นทะเล และปลิงทะเลที่มีความสวยงาม โดดเด่นเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว
