การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อโครงการสอนเสริมภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนสาธิต มศว ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม)ใน 5 ด้าน คือด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน และด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 130 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
