สำนักงานนิรภัย ได้แก้ไขปรับปรุงแบบสำรวจข้อมูลผู้โดยสารและญาติขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งานและให้สอดคล้องกับคู่มือ Emergency Response Manual โดยได้ทำการส่งแบบสำรวจฉบับปรับปรุงแก้ไขนี้ไปยังทุกสถานีในวันที่ 14 ก.ค. ประกอบด้วยเอกสารดังนี้คะ
1. SRC จำนวน 2 เล่ม
2. FFRC 6 เล่ม
หากที่สถานีมีแบบสำรวจฉบับเดิมอยู่รบกวนทำลายเอกสารชุดเดิมทิ้งทั้งหมดได้เลยนะคะ
