ผมชื่อกิตติพงศ์ ชื่อเล่น หลี ผมได้รู้จักกับ THAI UNION ครั้งแรกตอนที่ผมได้รับโอกาสได้เข้ามาเป็นนักศึกษาฝึกงานฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ ครั้งแรกที่ผมเข้ามาใน THAI UNION ผมรู้สึกตื่นเต้นกับสถานที่นี้เป็นอย่างมากเพราะผมรู้สึกว่าเป็นสถานที่ที่ยิ่งใหญ่ และผมรู้สึกโชคดีมากที่ได้รับโอกาสจาก thai union เข้ามาในสถานที่แห่งนี้ ผมรู้สึกได้ถึงมิตรภาพของทุกคนที่มีให้กับผม ผมรู้สึกขอบคุณมากที่สอนให้ผมได้รู้จักเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำงานและในทุกๆสิ่งที่จะต้องเจอเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน และผมก็ได้รับโอกาสอีกครั้งที่ยิ่งใหญ่อีกครั้งกับ THAI UNION ที่ให้ผมเข้ามาร่วมงานและได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของครอบครัวแห่งนี้ ผมได้เข้ามาทำงานในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพคลังสินค้า แน่นอนว่าผมมีความตื่นเต้นกับมัน เพราะมันเป็นการทำงานครั้งแรกของผมและ thai union เป็นสถานที่แรกที่ผมได้ร่วมงานด้วย ในทุกๆวันผมต้องเรียนรู้กับสิ่งใหม่ๆที่เข้ามาและมันทำให้ผมสึกตื่นเต้นท้าทายทุกครั้ง และผมก็สามารถที่จะเรียนรู้และปรับตัวกับมันได้เป็นอย่างดี เพราะได้เพื่อนๆพี่ๆร่วมงานค่อยช่วยเหลือ ผมรู้สึกถึงมิตรภาพและความอบอุ่นที่ทุกคนใน TAHI UNION มอบให้มันทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าทุกๆคนเหมือนเป็นครอบครัวเดียวกัน

I have been working in the position of head of quality control Department warehouse. Of course, I was excited about it because it was my first time and the first thai union is a place where I have to work with. Every day I learn new things that come with it and makes me wear the adrenaline challenge every time, and I was able to learn and adapt to it as well, because they were friends, colleagues rarely help. I felt the friendship and warmth that everyone in the UNION, it makes delivers TAHI, I feel that everyone like it is the same family.
