แต่ทางผู้รับจ้างตกลงยินยอมทำการกำจัด “แมลงคลาน แมลงบินและสัตว์พาหะ” (ยกเว้น : ผึ้งและแมลงบิน (ยุง,แมลงวัน,แมลงหวี่) ให้บริการตามความถี่ที่กำหนดตามข้อตกลง) สถานที่นั้นๆให้โดยเร็วที่สุดที่จะกระทำได้เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างแจ้งให้ทราบ หรือเมื่อทางผู้รับจ้างสำรวจพบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง(เวลาทำการ)
