การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและขนาดสถานศึกษา 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน จากสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา 67 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ t-test สถิติ F-test (ANOVA) ทดสอบรายคู่ของเชฟเฟ่ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านประสบการณ์ทำงาน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างครู ด้านการสนับสนุนการศึกษาของชุมชน และด้านภาวะกดดันทางสังคม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
4. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
