Initially, samples were prepared by sputtering ITO on PET substrate using dc magnetron sputtering. <br>The sputtering process of ITO samples was conducted at room temperature with a pressure of 5 × 10−5 torr and a sputtering power of 150 W.<br>PEDOT was also sputter deposited on PET using dc magnetron at room temperature with a pressure of 6×10−5 torr and a power of 140 W.<br> A Thermotron environmental chamber was used to conduct accelerated thermal cycling experiments one the ITO/PET and PEDOT/PET samples. <br>The chamber has a temperature range between −73 ◦C and 177 ◦C.
