ข้อ 6. ในกรณีที่นายหน้ายังไม่สามารถชี้ช่อง หรือจัดการให้ผู้ซื้อมาทำการซื้อขายที่ดิน กับ ผู้ให้สัญญาได้ ผู้ให้สัญญามีสิทธิเลิกสัญญานี้ก่อนกำหนดในข้อ 5. ได้โดยผู้ให้สัญญาต้องมีหนังสือบอกเลิกไปยังนายหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และมีผลเป็นการบอกเลิกเมื่อนายหน้าได้รับทราบและหรือหนังสือบอกเลิกแล้วทางไปรษณีย์ตอบรับและหรือทางอีเมล์ของนายหน้า.

สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจ ข้อความโดยตลอดแล้ว จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยานโดยคู่สัญญาถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
